Are you a digitally-savvy marketer looking for a role that’s a little out of the ordinary? We’re on the lookout for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our small, passionate team at Ski Instructor Academy Group — and help us shout about what we do to the world.
About Us
Ski Instructor Academy Group is a leading name in ski instructor training and snowsports education. We’re a small team with a big presence, operating across the World, and we’re proud to work in one of the most exciting and adventurous industries around. We’re growing, and we need the right person to help us grow our digital voice along with us.
The Role
Reporting to the Company Directors, you’ll take ownership of our entire digital marketing output — from social media strategy and content creation to website management, PPC campaigns, SEO, and performance reporting. This is a hands-on role with real creative freedom and strategic influence, and you’ll be a key part of a fun, friendly, and driven team.
One of the highlights of this role is the opportunity to travel to our programme locations to gather and create content first-hand. If you’ve ever wanted your work to take you to the mountains, this might just be the job for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead our social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and beyond — building brand awareness and driving engagement and conversions.
- Create compelling digital content including blogs, videos, and graphics that bring our brand to life.
- Manage and optimise our website content, supporting SEO and all PPC strategies.
- Analyse performance data and produce clear reports that demonstrate ROI and shape future campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members (future requirement)
- Travel to our programme locations to capture and create content on the ground.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience that speaks for itself.
- Proven experience in digital marketing — social media, SEO, content creation, and PPC campaign management.
- Excellent copywriting skills and a strong eye for detail.
- Confident with data — you can analyse performance and turn insight into action.
- Experience in a line management or team leadership capacity.
- Experience with video, podcast, or design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite would be a bonus.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine appetite to learn and innovate.
- A passion for snowsports is a bonus — but it’s your marketing skills that matter most.
The Package
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
- Full-time, permanent role.
- Flexible working: office-based (Newcastle, UK or Kaprun, Austria), hybrid, or home-based — we’re open to the right candidate.
- Opportunities to travel to our programme locations for content creation.
- A friendly, supportive team environment in a genuinely exciting industry.
